New page

Sonar sensors can sense a distance from few centimeters to about 2 meters or more, depending on the model. Usually, the sensing cone is about 20 degrees wide. They require some time before they become available for a subsequent reading, time needed to the emitted ultrasound wave to come back to the sensor after reflection, and to recharge the internal capacitor.
Some standard sonar sensors are available in the Sensors drawer, but before taking them you should ask to Andrea Bonarini.
