I received a Master Degree in Computer Science from Politecnico di Milano in July 2007 with a thesis on the employment of Multiagent Systems techniques for the development of an anomaly based Intrusion Detection System. Since January 2008 I am a Ph.D. student in Computer Science at Politecnico di Milano in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics. My main research interests are mainly concentrated on Multiagent Systems and Mobile Robotics. Currently, I’m working on  methods for the definition of navigation strategies for autonomous mobile robots in different applicative domains such as autonomous exploration and mapping, robotic patrolling, and search and rescue. Other research interests include  game theory and distributed systems.
